Our chocolates are made by hand in small batches so your order may take up to 72 hours to process and fill. Orders are then shipped through the USPS and typically take an additional 2-3 days to reach your door.
Chocolate begins to melt between 80-85 degrees fahrenheit. Therefore, if you live in or are shipping to an area with a consistent temperature above 80 we must warn you that your chocolate may have a risk of being affected by temperature. Unfortunately, we are not meteorologists, therefore it is up to you to let us know if your order falls into this category. If it does, we will take extra precautions to ensure your chocolate arrives safely. If you do not alert us, your order is at the whim of mother nature and we cannot accept responsibility for melted chocolate. Please check the insulated shipping option.
